Emblem\u00e1tico creador de la cultura popular nacional, aport\u00f3 su arte como trovador, compositor, actor, dibujante y escritor. En Diciembre de 2018 La Agrupaci\u00f3n Oesterheld lo hab\u00eda declarado “Patriota del Pueblo y de la Patria”. Defendi\u00f3 a capa y espada a los 12 a\u00f1os de la d\u00e9cada ganada jugando todo su \u00e9xito y prestigio a favor del proyecto nacional, popular y anti imperialista. Como propugna esa agrupaci\u00f3n, el “Negro” Horacio Fontova ascendi\u00f3 al Comando Celestial, de \u00a0los artistas populares.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
